Service Description

Advanced Contemporary Floorwork Tricks is a 4-week class designed to help you build complex, athletic, and show-stopping floorwork skills. Participants will work toward advanced tricks such as kip-up variations, underdives, floor jumps and other dynamic movements - developing strength, coordination, and confidence along the way. This class will give you the tools to move with power, control, and flair. Open to advanced movers comfortable with inversions, rolls, and other foundational floorwork skills, this class is perfect for those looking to elevate their floorwork with exciting, high-energy movement. LEVEL: This is an Advanced level class, with a minimum of 2 years floorwork, acro/gymnastics or breaking and 2 years ballet/jazz required ATTIRE: Athletic clothing covering shoulders and knees, and socks.
