Service Description

Intermediate Heels Clean Lines & Flow is a 4-week class designed to refine how you shape movement and connect those moves smoothly in heels. You’ll focus on creating clean, long lines through the legs, arms, and torso, while learning how to transition seamlessly between movements with control and continuity. Emphasis is placed on discovering which lines best suit your individual body and how to transition through them with clarity and intention. This class supports dancers with a foundational heels background in developing stronger movement quality, coordination, and fluidity in a welcoming, supportive environment. LEVEL: A minimum of 1 year of previous experience is recommended. ATTIRE: Heels must be clean, not worn in from outside and dedicated to in-studio use only, with the soles cleaned and no exposed metal except for functional zippers. Attire you feel great wearing. Kneepads recommended. CLASS SCHEDULE: This 4-week session begins the week of January 4 and runs through January 30. The price shown reflects the price of the entire session, with one class per week.
