All Classes

All Level & Intro
Suitable for pure beginners , with "All Level" classes suitable for pure beginner through advanced. "Dance 101" is strongly suggested for new dancers.

Beginner & Adv Beg
1 session or 1 year of relevant experience recommended; proficient in foundations of the style

intermediate
2 years of recent experience in relevant style required with solid mastery of foundational skills; strong musical understanding, proprioception & spatial awareness, ability to respectfully accept and apply feedback; punctual arrival; at-home practice between classes expected

advanced
2 years of recent experience in relevant style required with solid mastery of foundational and intermediate skills; strong musical understanding, proprioception & spatial awareness, ability to work well with others; ability to respectfully accept and apply feedback; punctual arrival; appropriate class & studio etiquette; at-home practice between classes expected; regular cross-training/conditioning expected
