Acoustic Improv Live With Andrew Mirabile

Built from Rock ’n Roll, shaped by Country, formed with tightly crafted songwriting and an extremely compelling live performance,Albany, NY-based artist Andrew Mirabile ignites an excited anticipation from a fan base that's rapidly growing. “I’m presenting more than just a song, I want to share my own emotional journey”, Mirabile told Way Too Far Out There 'Zine enthusiastically. “I’m not trying to hide anything. When I perform, the way the music flows through me, and I move and contort in weird ways, I’m trying to share that back with the audience. I want them to feel that.” 

After moving back to upstate New York, where he grew up, he began to bloom. During the Summer of 2015, Mirabile’s appreciation for his local artists’ community influenced his decision to play for the Albany Dana Park Concert Series. He was met with critical acclaim and was asked to participate the following year. His passion, professionalism, and heartfelt songwriting allowed him to fit right in with other top musicians in his area. 

The recent buzz surrounding Mirabile is behind his  soon-to-be-released single, an outlaw Country-flavored Rock ’N Roll  powerhouse called “Bad Cigarettes”. The song opens with a hypnotic guitar riff, and then the verse begins. Vocally, he is a force, moving seamlessly from a smooth delivery to a fiery howl, all of it containedwithin this very raw, honest emotion. Mirabile notes, “I used to be afraid to be personally open with my songwriting ‘cause it made me feel exposed, naked and different. But I learned to embrace that it’s notwhat makes me different, it’s what makes us all the same that’s the most important.“ - WTF Out There 'Zine
