About the Event
Join us for an exhilarating evening of guided movement exploration in a relaxed and supportive environment!
Attire: Comfortable clothes that you can slide on the floor with (sweats and a tee, leggings and a sweatshirt, etc). Kneepads optional, but bring them if you have them. Socks or bare feet.
