Beginner Contemporary (12/6)

This contemporary workshop, to "Lay me Down" by Sam Smith, will combine beginner contemporary movement and storytelling elements. The choreography starts very slow and subtle, then builds into a dynamic, desperate plea during the chorus. The goal of this workshop is to lose yourself in the music by building up tension and emotion that ultimately releases at the end.
