Beginner Contemporary Floorwork (2/9)

Continuing to build on floorwork foundations, this class will focus on how to travel when you can't stand up! We'll learn several basic techniques that engage the whole body to move along the floor, and then put it all together in a combination to "Bells in Santa Fe" by Halsey. Class will be ~60% technique, 40% choreo. Long pants, sleeves, and socks are recommended to avoid floorburn!
