Join Dance Physical Therapist, Nikki Acierno (PT, DPT), for a fun workshop focused on health and wellness for dancers! In the first part of class, we will learn fundamental principles for promoting holistic health. Then we will apply concepts to maximize your dance potential! So, grab a workout buddy (& a sweat towel) for this energetic and educational workshop!
