Join us in the garden at sunset for a night under the stars, as Caity Gallagher plays live for a beautiful evening of guided improvisation. This magical movement event will leave you feeling centered and curious, as improvisation improves mindfulness and exploration, and is one you do NOT want to miss. Open to all movers at any level. Attire: Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement, and sneakers. This event will be outside, so studio-dedicated sneakers are not required.
