About the Event
Join Brenna for a contemporary workshop to SYML’s “The Bird,” featuring her beloved floorwork-forward style. Best suited for those with at least one session of floorwork experience at TDF, this combo will build waves of sweeping motion as we work through rolls, inversions, and yes… occasional vertical moments.
Attire: Comfortable athletic wear, preferably with shoulders & knees covered, and socks. kneepads optional
