Workshop: All Levels Improvisation

Join us for a night of guided improvisation with fun prompts to get us grounded and exploring movement in new, judgement-free ways. Winter months can be tough, so bringing a little mindfulness and play into how we move is a great way to reset!

Bare feet or socks are recommended, as well as clothing that allows a full range of movement. No jeans/khakis/dresses/loose jewelry. 

NOTE: Our studio location is behind the address. While our address is 291 River Street, you'll want to map yourselves to 255 Front street (Riverfront Park). Parking is free on nights and weekends in the parking lot and on the street. Our doorway is yellow, and has a mural so you can't miss it!
