Service Description

Learn to hear music differently—and let it shape the way you move. This all-levels technique class explores the relationship between music and movement, helping dancers develop greater musicality, dynamics, and performance quality. Through focused exercises and combinations, you'll explore timing, textures, accents, rhythm, movement quality, and musical interpretation while learning how subtle artistic choices can completely transform choreography. Whether you're looking to add more dimension to your dancing or better understand the music you're moving to, this class will help you develop the skills to perform with greater intention, nuance, and versatility. ATTIRE: Wear comfortable athletic or dancewear that allows you to move freely. Whether you prefer joggers, cargo pants, leggings, shorts, oversized tees, fitted tops, or your favorite training gear, choose clothing that lets you move confidently and express your style. FOOTWEAR: Please wear clean sneakers that are dedicated to dance class and have not been worn outdoors. We recommend sneakers with a smooth, flexible sole and minimal tread to allow for safe pivoting, quick footwork, and ease of movement.
