Service Description

Refine advanced turns and leaps through detailed technical work. With a focus on strength, control, alignment, and timing, this class helps improve elevation, stability, and precision. Expect drills and progressions that support more consistent, reliable execution. LEVEL: This is an advanced level class, with 3 years of experience recommended. ATTIRE: Athletic attire that will allow for the instructor to check the alignment of your ankles, knees, hips, and ribs - preferably fitted. Make sure loose hair is securely pulled back from your face. Socks or bare feet ok - see our product recommendation page for socks we recommend. CLASS SCHEDULE: This 5-week session runs from July 12 - August 21, with no class the week of August 2. The price shown is for the entire session.
