Service Description

Advanced Beginner Sensual Heels Floorwork is a 4-week class designed to expand your foundational floorwork vocabulary and improve coordination, strength, and control in grounded movement. This session will focus on inversions, leg loops and sweeps, and level changes on the floor, with structured progressions and short combinations to help you apply each skill. Heels are optional. Open to movers at the advanced beginner level, this class provides a supportive environment to explore new movement pathways, build confidence, and refine technique. LEVEL: Some previous experience is recommended, as this class requires participants to have agency over their coordination as well as some flexibility and core strength. ATTIRE: Heels are optional. If worn, they must be clean high heels not worn in from outside and dedicated to in-studio use only, with the soles cleaned and no exposed metal except for functional zippers. Attire you feel great wearing, noting that high heels can get caught in loose pants/long, oversized t shirts during floorwork moves. Kneepads recommended (see our products recommendation page for a link). CLASS SCHEDULE: This 4-week session begins the week of January 4 and runs through January 30.
