Winter 2026 - Adv Heels Tricks

Service Description

Advanced Heels Tricks is an athletic 4-week class designed to develop advanced floorwork and trick skills in heels. This winter session will focus on kip-up variations, spin drop kicks and other complex heels tricks, building strength, control, and precision for safe execution. Open to experienced heels dancers, this class provides an opportunity to safely challenge yourself and expand your movement vocabulary in heels. LEVEL: This class is an advanced level class, with a minimum of 3 years of heels dance or 2 years of heels dance PLUS advanced level jazz, contemporary, or floorwork. ATTIRE: Shoes worn in from off the street will NOT be permitted. MUST bring a clean change of heels dedicated to class and switch into them after entering the studio. Stiletto style shoes with 3 to 4 inch heels are recommended. No studs, rhinestones, or spikes on shoes and heel tips must be intact. Check out our recommendations page for links. Athletic attire that you also feel confident in is best. Kneepads are required. Loose pants are not recommended as heels can get caught in them. CLASS SCHEDULE: This 4-week session begins the week of January 4 and runs through January 30. The price shown reflects the price of the entire session, with one class per week.
