Service Description

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet is designed for dancers who are proficient in foundational ballet technique and ready to deepen their artistry and performance skills. Following a traditional barre and center floor sequence, this class emphasizes precision, alignment, and technical refinement while exploring expressive ballet combinations. Open to experienced ballet movers, this class provides a supportive yet challenging environment to elevate your technique and performance quality. LEVEL: This is an Intermediate level class - a minimum of 2 years previous ballet experience required. ATTIRE: Athletic attire that will allow for the instructor to check the alignment of your ankles, knees, hips, and ribs - preferably fitted. Make sure loose hair is securely pulled back from your face. Socks or bare feet ok. CLASS SCHEDULE: This 4-week session runs from Jan 4 through Feb 4, with no class on January 28.
