Winter 2026 - Int/Adv Jazz Technique

Service Description

Intermediate/Advanced Jazz Technique is designed for experienced jazz dancers with a strong technical foundation. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and control while refining turns, leaps, and proper jazz technique execution. You’ll engage in a dynamic warm-up, technique exercises, across-the-floor combinations, and skill progressions to enhance precision & power. Open to movers ready to challenge themselves, this class provides tools to elevate your jazz technique and performance quality. LEVEL: This is an Intermediate level class - a minimum of 2 years previous experience required. ATTIRE: Athletic attire that will allow for the instructor to check the alignment of your ankles, knees, hips, and ribs - preferably fitted. Make sure loose hair is securely pulled back from your face. Socks or bare feet ok. CLASS SCHEDULE: This 4-week session runs from Jan 4 through Feb 4, with no class on January 28.
